Random Rant at 1am

What is the big obsession with video games?
If the game was Guitar Hero or Micro Machines I would totally understand.
But seriously, why is it whenever I go to a guy's house they're on a bloody games console.
The worst thing is the shitty games they play, it's either football, or some war game with blood and guts.
When I go Jaspers it's fine 'cause he has racing games and Guitar Hero, so I can join in, but my when I go my aunties house her son's playing crap games. When I go to my dad's friends house his step-son is also playing crap games.
Can someone please tell me, what is enjoyable about said crap games?

Hot Chocolate!
Why is it people believe that hot chocolate makes you sleepy?
I blame hot chocolate for me being up so bloody late.
I think it should be illegal to drink hot chocolate after a certain time!
That maybe a little extreme, but I won't be drinking it late anymore.

Do you find that you're watching a film, and you just wanna fall asleep?
I get that, it seems to make me sleepy even when I'm so over-tired I can't sleep.
I don't like not sleeping the only reason I ever don't want to sleep is if I'm reading a book that I can't get enough of but that tends to make me sleep later so I spend less time reading the next day.
Also when I find a book I'm really into I finish it quicker which sucks.
I tend to read books which are part of a series so I can normally go out and get the next one but sometimes I get to the last book thats published and I have to wait AGES for the next one to come out (damn CHERUBS).
Sometimes I'll read a series of books and when I've finished the last one, I'll want more.
Just yesterday morning, well the morning before that really seeing as its 1:45 am, well anyway, I finished a book and I wanted the next one in the series because I only got the one just in case I didn't like it. I had to wait two days to get the next one, which I still don't have because I have to get it on sunday, when I get my very precious hoodie.
I'll probably be like Gollum when I get the hoodie and when I've got all of the books in the series I was talking about I'll probably protect them with my life.
That's just 'cause I'm sad, but when I love something, I reallllllllly love it.

Well I think I should go because if I carry on it's not gonna be "Random Rants at 1 am" anymore lmao.
